Correct, you don’t have to travel to UAE to open a Freezone or Offshore company.

The process usually takes 15 working days, when there are no additional external approvals
What is the process of business setup in Dubai?
It is recommended that we start the process before you come to Dubai, after license and visas are issued, you can come to Dubai and we can finalize the process inside the country.
What is the minimum share capital requirement in Dubai?
Depending from the place where you want to set up your business it might change, mostly in all the cases the capital doesn’t need to be deposited on any account
Are there restrictions on the types of products or services I can sell in UAE?
Yes you can sponsor your wife/husband by providing your legal documents.
If they are men, you can sponsor them until the age of 21. If they are women, you can always sponsor them as long as they are not married.
Can I hire employees from outside UAE?
Yes, you can hire foreign employees. Once the company is established, you can sponsor their work visas and residence permits.
